Interactive "imWALL" in operation for the first time
"We develop demand-orientated ideas and concepts for tailor-made solutions in close cooperation with our clients". This constitutes the mission statement in our vision. The fact that we follow this in practice is demonstrated by the performance of Specific Media at the dmexco in Cologne.
Our client wanted an innovative, interactive element on their exhibition stand, which showcased the benefits of working together with Specific Media in a fun, hands-on way. The process began with some initial meetings with the aim of gaining an understanding of exactly what the client wanted to communicate to trade fair visitors. Then ideas were developed and rejected; new approaches were discovered, meticulously worked out and programmed until the perfect solution was found.
The result was a game fully customised for the Specific Media service. The game was designed to be played on an interactive wall - the so-called imWALL. The real show-stopper: The wall surface did not even need to be touched by the player, as a special camera was able to read the hand's shadow on the wall at various points.
The installation of the imWALL by Interactive Media Solutions and the development of the ingenious game was a complete success for Specific Media. Visitors to the stand were all extremely impressed and, after a few games, had a real insight of the range of services offered by the technology and online media company.
